Hi, I'm Alex Mochi!

Hello and welcome!

Since joining the industry in 2006, I have dedicated myself to the pursuit of innovation and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in game design; for nine years, I was the proud head of Dapper Penguin Studios, a company that made an indelible mark on the games industry with the development of successful indie titles such as "Rise of Industry" and "Recipe for Disaster." This journey has given me a deep understanding of the indie game development process and enabled me to create high-quality, engaging experiences with limited resources.

In addition to developing indie games, I have also had the privilege of working on AAA games such as World of Warcraft and Planet 51, gaining valuable insight into the intricacies of large-scale production and collaboration. These diverse experiences have given me a comprehensive understanding of the game development process, allowing me to seamlessly navigate from concept to completion and ensure the highest quality standards are met.

With a burning passion for creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences that have captivated players around the world for over a decade, I have established myself as a Game Designer with enduring expertise. Adept at designing innovative mechanics that challenge and captivate players, keeping them engaged in the gaming experience. My meticulous attention to detail ensures that every mechanical and systematic aspect of a game is fulfilled.

Having been in charge of our studio as Project Manager and Producer, I feel that my leadership and organisational skills enable me to effectively manage multiple projects, meet timelines and foster team collaboration. My ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and maintain a positive and motivating work environment has been instrumental in the success of my endeavours.
